Prime Property Services has been cleaning and maintaining properties across Melbourne's south-east since 2019. We're based in Pakenham, we're family owned and run, and the people who quote your job are the people responsible for it getting done properly.
What we do
Commercial contracts and homes, side by side.
We run cleaning and maintenance contracts of any duration for commercial and industrial facilities — office buildings, hotels, restaurants, places of worship, education and childcare centres. That covers everyday hygiene maintenance, carpet, floor and window cleaning, waste management, and car park scrubbing and deep cleans.
Alongside that, we do the residential work that keeps our team local: regular home cleans, end of lease vacates, and builders cleans for the new estates going up around Pakenham, Officer and Clyde North.
Being both means our commercial clients get a crew that's used to detail, and our residential clients get a business that shows up on a schedule.
