What we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, suburb and the details you give us about the job. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that correspondence.

We do not collect payment card details through this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to prepare and send your quote, to carry out work you engage us for, and to contact you about that work. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.

Partially completed forms

Our quote form saves your answers as you move through it, so that if you get interrupted we still know what you were asking about and can follow up. If you would rather we deleted a partial enquiry, email us and we will remove it.

How long we keep it

Quote enquiries are kept for two years so we can reference past jobs and pricing. Records relating to work we have invoiced are kept for seven years, as Australian tax law requires.

Access and correction

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@theprimeproperty.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first at support@theprimeproperty.com.au. If we cannot resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
